Hi, I’m Bria Yanez, Founder and Principal HR Consultant of Synergy Path Consulting.
I founded Synergy Path Consulting with one guiding belief: when organizations invest in their people, they create stronger workplaces, stronger leaders, and stronger results.
Human Resources is more than policies, paperwork, and compliance. At its best, HR is a strategic partner that helps organizations attract exceptional talent, develop employees, strengthen workplace culture, and navigate change with confidence. My mission is to help organizations build HR practices that support both their people and their long-term success.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and am SHRM-CP certified. My professional experience spans both the public and private sectors, where I’ve supported talent acquisition, HR operations, organizational development, compliance, and process improvement.
My Journey
Long before I entered the HR profession, I spent 16 years as a competitive figure skater.
Figure skating taught me lessons that continue to shape the way I work today: discipline, resilience, preparation, adaptability, and the importance of continuous growth. Success was not achieved overnight. It came from intentional practice, learning from setbacks, and continuous striving to improve.
Those same principles guide my approach to Human Resources. Strong organizations are not built by chance. They are built through thoughtful leadership, intentional processes, and a genuine investment in people.
That philosophy ultimately inspired me to create Synergy Path Consulting.
Why I Started Synergy Path Consulting
Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand how effective HR can transform an organization. I have also seen the challenges businesses face when they do not have access to strategic HR guidance.
Many organizations want to create better workplaces but aren’t sure where to begin. Others are growing quickly and need scalable HR practices, while some simply need a trusted advisor to help navigate complex workplace challenges.
I started Synergy Path Consulting to bridge that gap.
My goal is to provide organizations with practical, customized HR solutions that are rooted in collaboration, integrity, and long-term thinking. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all recommendations, I believe every organization deserves strategies that reflect its unique culture, goals, and people.
